10 tips to rejuvenate ...!

Every woman wants to be always young and beautiful, but unfortunately, time is not you with us. Years pass, bad habits take a toll when we look in the mirror and find out first wrinkles or signs of fatigue. Often this can be and mental fatigue, not physical, can show signs of depression, stress is a permanent presence in our lives and we feel older than we actually are.
Now, during winter holidays, more than ever we want to look fresh and young, to welcome the new year with a smile and joy in my heart.
Here are some tips to rejuvenate visible!
1. Try to sleep on your back. If you are accustomed to sleeping on the left, the heart may be affected, and when sleeping face down, your skin will soon laugh. If you sleep on your back, you look great in the morning and feel better.
2. When sitting on the couch or in bed and read or watch TV, feet up above the chest. This circulation will be improved and, in time, you'll feel more rested and more ... easy.
3. When you go on the street, always control your outfit! Look at yourself in shop windows: the back should be straight, head up and eyes forward. If you go too heavy or deviation will add years to your actual age.
4. Smile! When you wake up, you go on the street, at work, even when you have a problem when you get home and get into bed. Even if you force them to smile, all you will improve your mood and you look very young and sexy.
5. Wash your hair more often and it dries up and down, cold air. Your hair will be shinier, you'll feel better and look younger. Use a fragrance that inspires and gives confidence in you!
6. Go to a hair-stylist and change your hair, especially if the same over five years. Long hair, dry, unkempt add your years! If you want to look younger to choose a short haircut with bangs or up to the shoulders.
7. Have sex more often! Yes, I know that is easier said than done with all the worries you have, but sex is important for the mind, body and your general condition. Play around in bed, laugh, have fun and make good sex. Not daily, but at least 2-3 times a week. You look better, sexier and younger.
8. Every week do something just for you! Whether you go to shopping, theater or sitting in bed with a good book. It is important to have a perfect relationship with yourself and feel good about yourself.
9. Make a gesture apparently crazy, but that you thought much. Cancel a job that does not satisfy you, buy yourself something expensive, cling a nice guy in the club, turn your hobby into business. These changes will remove years of worry on her face and in your mind.
10. Make your young friends, spiritual, positive minded, successful. If you sit among people who always complain that barely leave the house, which have many worries and responsibilities just like to talk about them, you will feel so old and you look for others.
And last but not least, to feel young and happy, eat healthy and do sports!
